I had been coming here for minor repairs and oil changes for a year or so. I asked them to take a look at my axle and they recommended replacing it due to it being damaged. In the process of trying to remove the axle, they accidentally damaged some parts in the engine. They promptly called me, were up front about the mistake, and replaced it at their own cost. It is very rare to find a company that is quick to be honest and up front without any attempt to shift blame. I will be using them for any and all maintenance due to their integrity and quality service. Their team is great to work with and as someone that isn’t as car-savvy, I feel I can fully trust their judgement and I won’t be getting sold things that are not needed.

I was recommended to come here after my car broke down. However, they did the bare minimum and the problem wasn't resolved. On top of this both my partner and I agree that the way that they talked to me was rude and condescending, like because I am female, I am beneath understanding the mechanics of my car I came here on a recommendation and would recommend almost any other shop besides this one.

Jerry, Eric and the whole service team is professional, honest and frank about repairs and recommendations to our vehicles. Atlas has been servicing our families vehicles for several years now and we highly recommend.

Took my truck in for regular maintenance plus a few additional items, and once again Atlas Automotive exceeded expectations. From the quality of the work to the clear, honest communication, every employee is outstanding. It’s rare to find a shop this dependable and professional. Thank you as well for honoring our veterans—that truly means a lot. We’ll absolutely be back.

I moved here about a year ago and am very particular when it comes to my vehicle. My brother is a certified Audi mechanic and I hadn't trusted anyone with my car except for him until I found Atlas. They always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I can be a bit of a nuisance and always have A LOT of questions which they always take the time to answer. Their prices are fair and so far their work has been exceptional. I wouldn't recommend any other shop in the area for a European vehicle.
